Customers are required to initiate returns within a day of receiving the book in case of any damage during courier transit. 

If a parcel is damaged, customers should take a photo and send it via WhatsApp or Email. Yali Publications will review the image and arrange for the return of the damaged book, providing a replacement.

No Exchange or No Refunds are offered.

Shipping is free on pyrchase of more than 1500/- or else customers are responsible for the shipping charges which is fixed.
